  • Effective telephone answering of customer queries and needs
  • Handling electronic mails from clients and providing accurate and timely responses
  • Recommending marketing deals, up-selling and cross selling to customers

Skills required for this role

  • Any graduation
  • Able to complete work within deadline
  • Strong written and oral communication in native French
  • Minimum one year experience in any customer support industry
  • Knowledge in any customer relationship management software (not mandatory)
