Responsible for delivering best quality and accurate customer support by answering the queries through phone calls and emails.
Responsibilities
- Effective telephone answering of customer queries and needs
- Handling electronic mails from clients and providing accurate and timely responses
- Recommending marketing deals, up-selling and cross selling to customers
Skills required for this role
- Any graduation
- Able to complete work within deadline
- Strong written and oral communication in native French
- Minimum one year experience in any customer support industry
- Knowledge in any customer relationship management software (not mandatory)
